Sabine Pfleger

PhD in Linguistics. MA in Romance Studies, Linguistics and Audiovisual Communication

Dr. Sabine Pfleger holds a PhD in Linguistics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and an MA in Romance Studies, Linguistics and Audiovisual Communication from the Carl -von - Ossietzky University in Hamburg, Germany.

She works as a teacher and researcher at the Master's and Doctoral Program in Linguistics at the Center for Teaching of Foreign Languages ​​of the UNAM in Mexico City.

Her research focuses on the construction of symbolic discourse, and she currently leads a collective research project that studies the impact of learning a second language in identity construction.
